Every dish has it’s own story from the traditional recipes and is proposed in Settimo with high-quality ingredients<\/strong> and special attention to details.<\/p>\n The proposed dishes are always based on seasonal ingredients<\/strong>, which come from the right place, form where those ingredients are actually supposed to come.<\/p>\n Our menu is never done – we find inspiration all around, in new ingredients, new approaches. We stay truth though to what distinguishes us from the others: respecting the authenticity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Our passion can be synthesized in a cuisine elegantly simple, and we identify \u201cluxe\u201d with the choice of the best raw materials<\/strong> and the search for the outmost authenticity.
