Menu Mare: A tribute to the sea featuring Fine de Claire oysters, Mazara del Vallo red prawn carpaccio, and an elegant lobster trilogy with a citrus emulsion.

Menu Terra: For lovers of rich flavors, enjoy Fassona beef tartare, roasted duck foie gras nuggets, and a succulent roast lamb fillet in a pistachio and potato crust.

Menu Vegetariano: A sophisticated plant-based exploration including “Riserva San Massimo” risotto with roasted beetroot and a puff pastry case filled with truffled winter vegetable mille-feuille.

Every guest will be greeted with a welcome cocktail to begin the evening. To conclude on a sweet note, all menus feature our “Emozione vanilla & lampone”, a fusion of Valrhona Ivoire chocolate, Madagascar vanilla, and raspberry jelly, accompanied by Valrhona chocolates.
